This new rolled out update brings of the newest features like a new Mi File Manager app, new minimalistic design, Steps Tracker, new dynamic sound effects, Floating Calculator and Wallpaper Carousel. The update brings along the the August security patch. Though there is no announcement from Xiaomi regarding the Redmi Y3 update, nor there is any download link available from official sources. For now it is assumed that update Mi Pilot programme users first, while later it might be available to all.

Xiaomi Redmi Y3 is an android smartphone launched back in April 2019. It comes with a very premium plastic body design. It measures around 158.7 x 75.6 x 8.5 mm and weighs 180 grams.
