A : If you want to get rid of all the unwanted data like Apps, media and system files follow the below mentioned steps.
1. First press power button for few seconds to turn off your Oppo F19 device.
2. Now hold Volume down and Power button together for couple of seconds.
3. Release all buttons as soon as soon as you see the black screen

6. Now you need to type the Passcode
