Official Realme 5s teaser

Realme is planning to launch Realme 5s alongside the Realme X2 pro on 20th November. Though specifications about Realme X2 have already surfaced the internet before the launch but Realme 5s is still a surprise. Flipkart has created a teaser page which has showcased the phone design and bit of specifications.

As per the official Realme 5s teaser it showcased a 6.51-inch HD+ display with a teardrop notch at the top. The phone back design looks very much similar to it’s younger sibling (Realme 5) in it’s gradient paint. The teaser does showcases a quad camera module at the back with 48MP as a primary sensor unlike 12MP primary sensor we saw on Realme 5

The Realme 5s will be powered by a massive 5000mAh battery and we assume it will be supported by atleast 10W charger or greater than that. As per teaser the Realme 5s will be sporting a rear mounted fingerprint scanner to unlock the device.

We need to wait for the launch of Realme 5s alongside Realme X2 pro to get complete specifications of the smartphone.

Since the name suggests it will be an upgraded version over Realme 5 which was launched way back in August 2019. To recall Realme 5 was powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC coupled with Adreno 610 GPU and up to 4GB of RAM. Phone did carried a plastic body design with 6.5-inch HD+ with a teardrop notch housing the 13MP front camera. While it has a quad camera module at the back with 12 MP Primary camera, 8 MP secondary camera with ultrawide lens, 2 MP dedicated macro camera and 2 MP depth sensor camera.

Phone was packed with up to 128GB internal storage and it was backed-up by a massive 5000mAh battery that supports 10W battery charging. It runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) operating system with ColorOS 6 skin on top.
